After spending over 12 years in the software industry across various domains and organizational levels, I've had the privilege of working with diverse teams in culturally varied companies. Through these experiences, I've observed a common need for improved awareness around information, proper guidance, mentorship, understanding of company and industry norms, and strategies for career progression.
This realization prompted me to adopt a broader perspective, engaging in extensive reading to dispel misconceptions, fostering open and honest communication with others to gain insights and chart a clearer path forward.
In addition to my software background, I've dedicated time to studying business and entrepreneurship, enhancing my knowledge base and perspective. I am excited to share the wealth of learning and experiences I've gathered, particularly valuable insights that can benefit those in the software engineering field.
